IFST's updated new information statement provides an overview on mycotoxins
including health implications, toxicological effects, regulatory limits,
analytical
methods and prevention and control.
Through the expertise of our members, IFST is uniquely placed to provide
independent impartial information on food issues. Our statements are publicly
available, prepared and peer reviewed by experts within the IFST membership and are
uninfluenced by sectional or 'political' motives.
