FSA announce Moratorium on desinewed meat 05 Apr 2012
The UK has been required to change the process by which a very small part of its meat processing industry removes meat from animal bones. FSA have announced a moratorium on production of desinewed meat from cows and sheep, after the European Commission decision that desinewed meat does not comply with EU single market legislation.
