Defra report - the cost of labelling changes in the UK 10 Dec 2010

A new report, Developing a Framework for Assessing the Costs of Labelling Changes in the UK, reveals that the costs of labelling changes for the food and drink industry are “substantially greater” than European and UK legislators previously estimated. The report was commissioned by Defra to help legislators evaluate the costs and benefits of food labelling changes more accurately.
