Chief Executive
Jon Poole is responsible for the overall management of IFST affairs, providing continuity in policy and administration and external representation. He is Company Secretary with responsibility for the charity trust and is top-level point of contact for outside individuals, organisations and government bodies.

Deputy Chief Executive
Jane Emery assists with support and coordination of IFST Committees and has special responsibility for professional affairs and regional affairs activities as well as the administration of office services. She deputises for the CE in his absence.
Membership Executive
Daniel Pumbien ensures the smooth operation of membership records, recruitment and the processing of membership applications.

Team Executive
Angela Winchester acts as PA to the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive. She supports external affairs and membership activities and is responsible for publication sales and accreditation administration.

Jenny Corbin deals with general enquiries, assists with membership administration and provides general clerical and administrative support, housekeeping and reception services.
