Yes they can become Associate members
But it's expensive?
No
You can become an Associate member for just £17. Less than the cost of a good
night out!

magazine aimed at those working in industry which has lots of readable articles

range of subjects such as food ingredients, nutrition, new processes, product
development. Some of this could be useful in assignments. The magazine also has
news about people in the industry and job adverts which could be invaluable for
job hunting.
There are other good reasons to join
It should please your lecturers showing them that you are a serious student!
