The Professional Food Sensory Group (PFSG), hosts a number of lunchtime discussion workshops for their members throughout the year.

Sensory Matters

The Professional Food Sensoy Group (PFSG) coordinates a quarterly e-newsletter "Sensory Matters", designed to keep members informed about the latest issues and interests in the world of food sensory. 

Awards/Bursaries

IFST offers up to £500 for travel to any conference/meeting with themes relating to food and consumer sensory science.
