  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - All members of IFST are required to recognise their responsibility to maintain and enhance professional competence by continuing to update and improve their knowledge and proficiency. IFST seeks to support its members' needs for CPD through its publications, events and accreditation schemes. Our existing CPD materials are currently being reviewed and new guidance is being developed
  • Associates who are in their final year as students receive a free year's susbcription to Food Manufacture magazine
  • A dedicated careers website for students which includes information on careers and courses in food science and technology
  • Reduced rate subscriptions for Associates who are students or who are in their first or second year after graduation, for unemployed members, retired members and members temporarily bringing up a family (conditions apply)
