4pm start. This is a joint meeting between the Branch, British Section of the IFT [Institute of Food Technologists], and the SCI. There will be two lectures – one by Professor Jeya Henry, a world class nutritionist, based at Oxford Brookes University, and the other by Marianne Gillette, the President of IFT. The meeting will be followed by a networking buffet.
