The 15th IUFoST Congress scheduled for August 22-26 2010 in Cape Town, South Africa preliminary scientific programme is now available. A trade show for both local and international suppliers to the food industry will take place on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th August between 09:30 and 17:30 and on Wednesday 25th August, between 09:00 and 16:00.
