The guest speaker will be Tim Finnigan, Innovation Manager at Marlow Foods who will speak about Sustainability/Carbon Footprint from the Quorn perspective. Wayne Martindale from Sheffield Hallam University will follow this with a short talk on the seasonal and local conflicts of a sustainable diet and will try and answer the question: are we really trying to define the impossible?
