Webinar: Too much information? Strategies to discover and manage food science information

Registration is closed for this event
This presentation will address the problem of information overload faced by food scientists. Although there are vast quantities of information available, it is often difficult to obtain useful and relevant information, when it is required. These challenges have increased exponentially in recent years as the research community has become more global, publishing in many different languages and formats. Information is often disparate, fragmented and unstructured, especially at a global level.
