This event brings together delegates in a collaborative and interactive learning workshop on Allergens and Listeria. The objective is to share and discuss issues, review resolution experiences, examine indicators that signpost threats and define plans for preventive risk management that delegates can take back and implement.

Who should attend? All food professionals responsible for producing safe food. This includes quality assurance (QA) roles, food safety managers, technical managers, industry consultants, warehouse managers, enforcement officers, as well as operations and manufacturing managers, and line leaders, who want to gain a broader, more complete functional knowledge of their areas of responsibility.

Deadline for registrations: 12.00 pm, Friday 22 November 2019

Cost: £10 for IFST Members, £47 for Non-Members (includes one year’s IFST Associate Membership)
