Course Overview

The information on your food label is one of the main reasons why a consumer may select your product above those of your competitors. You need to make sure that your label stands out but there are rules on what you can or cannot include on a label. Mistakes may lose you customers and can be expensive to rectify.

This seminar will help delegates to understand the rules for the labelling of food and will highlight the most common mistakes.
