Elham Azimi
I am a degree holder in Food Science and currently completing MSc (Food Science and Technology) from London Metropolitan University.
My background includes supporting Isfahan Healthy Heart Program (IHHP) through mentoring bakers in acquiring and improving their skills and achieving their full potential. In this program as a part of team, I offered advice and guidance on baking methods and types of bread that have health impacts. The aim of the project was to improve the behaviour of bakers and encourage them to produce high -fibre and low-salt bread. The project was also very successful to eliminate soda and increase baking times and decrease the wastage of bread.
