IFST responds to FSS’s Food Surveillance Strategy

IFST has recently responded to FSS’s Food Surveillance Strategy for Scotland. The Food Surveillance Strategy considers why food surveillance is needed and the rationale for the proposed approach, what information needs to be collected, how that information should be generated and analysed, and who FSS needs to work with to ensure intelligence is shared effectively and appropriate action is taken.
