We’re hiring - Curator for new IJFST Twitter page

We are looking for a volunteer to support our work to promote food science and technology globally by curating our new  International Journal of Food Science & Technology (IJFST)  twitter page.

As our IJFST Twitter curator, you will play a crucial role in quickly and accurately identifying the best Twitter content in tweets, photos, and videos, as well as gaining valuable experience in science communication and social media content management. You will also have a good grasp of a variety of mainstream topics across our International Journal of Food Science and Technology.

You will be an experienced PhD student in the food sciences or an early-career scientist interested in social media communications.

It is expected to take no more than 30 minutes of your week to plan and schedule tweets which promote the current issue of IJFST on Twitter.

If you have experience of social media management and scheduling apps, send us your CV and a short cover letter. We will look at applications as we receive them.

Please note this is a volunteer role.

Please contact us at ecomms@ifst.org to apply.
