Food investigation: data and observations

In this short video, we explore the different types of data we can collect and how to make observations in our experiments.

In particular, we look at:-

  • measuring the right things
  • using viscosity charts
  • Munsell colour charts
  • how IT can make recording and looking at data in tables and charts easier

We conduct an experiment looking at the effect of egg yolk and mustard as an emulsifier.
