Increased Impact Factor for International Journal of Food Science and Technology

We are delighted that the 2018 Impact Factor of the International Journal of Food Science & Technology has risen to 2.383. This represents the fifth consecutive increase in the impact of the journal and illustrates a continued strong performance of IJFST.

IJFST’s purpose is to promote new knowledge and techniques in the food sciences and particularly to serve the industrial and research communities by providing high quality refereed original papers in food science and technology. Both technical and research papers are considered for publication.
