ECOTROPHELIA

About

Ecotrophelia is a europe-wide competition that challenges student teams to develop new eco-innovative food products which they pitch to industry leaders. The UK competition is organised jointly by IFST and Campden BRI and is open to teams of students from UK universities. The first UK competition took place in 2013 and has been run annually since.

The winner of the UK heat goes forward to represent the UK at the European final.

All shortlisted team members will receive a certificate of participation. The Gold winning team will receive mentoring and support in preparation for the European final.

Inspire 4 Ecotrophelia is a training programme developed alongside Ecotrophelia. It focuses on entrepreneurship and helps students develop their business proposition for the pitch events.
