Judging criteria

The dragons will judge each entry on seven areas. Each area will be marked out of a maximum score of 10 points:

  3. Industrial Feasibility (10 marks)
  4. Market credibility (10 marks)
  5. Nutritional characteristics (10 marks)
  6. Food safety & conformity to European rules (10 marks)
  7. Taste, organolepic qualities (10 marks)
  8. Marketing and communication plans (10 marks)
  9. Packaging (10 marks)
  10. General presentation (10 marks)
