Organised by the IFST Northern Ireland Branch, the Young Scientist competition is well established and an evening not to be missed. We will see undergraduate students present their current or recently completed food-related project to a panel of judges from the food industry.
Students from accross Northern Ireland will compete against each other throughout the lively evening. It's a great opportunity to hear students showcase what they are up to, support your friends and of course, connect with other people from within the food industry.
