Guidance on food traceability, withdrawals and recalls within the food industry - FSA

IFST is preparing a response to FSA’s consultation on the guidance on food traceability, withdrawals and recalls within the food industry.

This guidance sets out the roles and responsibilities of the key stakeholders involved in food safety withdrawals and recalls in the UK. It provides advice on good practice and has been designed to help food businesses comply with food safety requirements.
