Our colleagues at IFSTAL are inviting IFST members to IFSTAL Showcase Event 2018 which is taking place on 27 September 2018.
IFSTAL brings together academic minds in food systems thinking from seven educational institutions with the workplace to create an inter-disciplinary, workplace-oriented learning experience for university students. They are creating ‘food system analysts’; building the community of future researchers, practitioners, campaigners, and advocates for change.
This showcase event will be an opportunity to share and discuss experiences of a multi-institution collaboration for interdisciplinary teaching and learning. With a focus on the food system, it will highlight IFSTAL activities over the past 3 years as a case study.
