The Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland is seeking comments on the draft Jam and Similar Products Regulations (NI) 2018.
The Draft Regulations are intended to revoke and replace the Jam and Similar Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (“the 2003 Regulations”). They will replace the out-dated references to the Food Labelling Regulations (NI) 1996 (FLR) and introduce improvement notice provisions for non-compliance.
The closing date for comments is 29 January 2018.
