The Food Standards Agency is seeking views on the draft Jam and Similar Products (Wales) Regulations 2018.
The Draft Regulations are based on the proposed preferred option of revoking and replacing the 2004 Regulations to replace out of date references to the FLR and introduce improvement notice provisions for non-compliance.
It will be of most interest to enforcement authorities, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of jam and similar products.
The closing date for comments is 16 January 2018.
