The Food Standards Agency (FSA) is seeking views on its progress on the Primary Authority, national inspection strategies work stream of the Regulating Our Future Programme.
The FSA has been working with six primary authority partnerships and Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to develop the criteria that they feel a primary authority would need to demonstrate before implementing a national inspection strategy.
