Workshop on the impact of new technologies on consumer health

The International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) has partnered with Fi Global and Hi Europe to host a workshop to highlight the potential impact of new food technologies on consumer health. The event will take place on 28 November 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany as part of “Health and Nutrition Week” during the Hi Europe exhibition.

The focus of the programme will be “Healthy Foods Through New Food Processing Technologies”. Expert speakers and world-renowned scientists will address critical areas pertaining to the supply of nutritious, sustainable and safe food using emerging technologies.
