The IFST Lecture is always one of the highlights of our year. The Scotland branch reception was hosted at SSERC, Dunfermline with the keynote speaker Professor Michael Gibney live streamed from London.
We were delighted to also have our guest speaker David Thomson, CEO at the Food & Drink Federation Scotland share his knowledge about the challenges for Scotland in processing and policy, a very interesting talk that finished with an opportunity for networking at the drinks reception.
