  • Food scientists are increasingly being challenged to deliver against sustainability and nutritional goals. ‘Designing in sustainability’ is a critical intervention that is needed, but all too often food technologists do not have the knowledge or tools to be able to integrate sustainability into NPD or R&D processes
  • Working with other partners, IFST can help develop and disseminate best practice guidance on how to incorporate sustainability into the assessment of new processes and products
