On the afternooon of 22 August 2023, IFST President Sterling Crew joined Josh Minchin, editor of New Food Magazine, for a special LinkedIn Live session ahead of October's Food Integrity Global event.
Sterling and Josh covered several subjects in their 15-minute live conversation, which included the multiple interlocking crises which are facing the food sector, the issues in recruiting new talent, the importance of in-person conferences, and much more! They also spoke about the exciting things coming up for IFST, namely our eagerly-anticipated programme for the IFST 60th Jubilee, which will be released in the coming months.
