A review of the British Lion Code of Practice for eggs and egg products: Its impact on production, consumption, and safety.
Overview:
Eggs are a staple of the British diet, nutritious, affordable, and versatile. But beyond their culinary appeal lies a complex story of safety, quality, and regulation. This webinar, led by Sterling Crew, will explore the evolution and impact of the British Lion Code of Practice - the UK’s world-leading food safety standard for eggs and egg products.
