High Pressure Processing (HPP) is one of the most innovative technologies introduced to the food industry in recent years. It enables manufacturers to extend product shelf life, enhance quality, and develop new food products while maintaining freshness and nutritional value. DELI 24 specialises in the application of HPP across a wide range of food products.
The visit will include an introductory presentation on HPP technology, followed by a guided tour of the HPP production area. Lunch will be provided.
