This session will focus on the role of Olivia Marshall as a Senior Consumer Experience Technologist who focuses on sensory science and consumer research. It will detail her day-to-day roles, what she enjoys about her job, and how she came to choose her career in food. 

The session will end with a time for participants to ask questions and partake in discussions around early careers.

She leads consumer insight projects across the savoury category, combining data analytics, consumer understanding and emerging technologies to drive product superiority, support innovation and develop capability within her team.
