There are a growing number of products that blur the lines between soft and fermented drinks. Developing a comprehensive understanding of both sectors can be advantageous.
As well as having the opportunity to network and ask questions from industry specialists, there will be practical demonstrations of emerging technologies in our pilot plant relevant to beverages. UV-C and continuous microwaving for pasteurisation, and Revtech processing for beverage ingredients will be covered. Samples of different processed beverages will also be available to assess the differences between processes.
