Between 2016 and the next leap year, IFST will have hosted a variety of events around the UK.
One of them will be IFST Spring Conference (SC18) taking place on 19 April 2018 at University of Birmingham.
Its aim is to explore new technologies and how they are used in the management of food risk at all stages of the supply chain to ensure consumer safety.
