[Postponed] SSG Annual Conference: Sensory Science meets Data Science

Organised by IFST's Sensory Science Group

The world is changing quickly, with amazing developments in computing power, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. This is impacting on the practice and potential of sensory and consumer science, giving us new ways to collect, analyse, and interpret data to gain insights.
Tools such as artificial neural networks, data mining, sentiment analysis, and chatbots will all be part of the future and it’s reassuring to know that there will still be a need for at least one ‘human in the loop’!

Come along to this conference to become part of the exciting future for data science within the field of sensory and consumer science.

Speakers include John Ennis (Aigora), Lauren Rogers (Consultant), Danka Tamburic (London College of Fashion), Eamon Fulcher (Split Second Research), Yvonne Taylor (PPL Insights), and Daniel Protz (FlavorWiki).

Disclaimer: Please note that photographs and footage may be taken throughout the event. If you do not wish to be included, there will be a non-consent form on the day.
