Margaret Everitt is the Volunteer of the Week for her continued support of the Institute. Margaret has been heavily involved with the Sensory Science Group (formerly Professional Food Sensory Group) and is involved in two different committees.

Simon Dawson was awarded Volunteer of the Week for his continued and recent support for IFST, Simon provided support for the upcoming House of Lords reception and has gone to great lengths to become and active volunteer, writing articles for the next edition of iConsult and leading a recent IFST event at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Lucy Foster was awarded Volunteer of the Week for her continued and recent support for IFST by perfoming 'dragon duties' at Ecotrophelia.

Ian helped secure IFSTs third Student LaunchPad event, which will be held at FERA in York later this year. Earlier this year Ian was also a judge at the annual 'Young Scientist of the Year' competition which was held at Huddersfield University.

Lindsey is at the heart of IFST’s active volunteer community. Lindsey provides regular articles for Food Science & Technology; is a key contributor to the iConsult, IFST's Consultancy Group newsletter; and more recently, has been instrumental in re-launching the Nutrition & Health Group. She has served on a number of Committees and currently serves on the Volunteers and Networks Committee.
