Stephanie is involved in multi-disciplinary research across sensory science and analytical chemistry. Stephanie's PhD involved investigating the sensory properties of whey protein. She sees the SSG as an opportunity to bring awareness of sensory science to students and early career researchers across multiple disciplines, and create UK-wide links with students and professionals.
