About the lecture:
The food sector is probably the most demanding industrial and commercial environment of all. Constantly changing, hugely complicated, geographically diverse and moving at breakneck speed, it is difficult to imagine a more challenging and exciting area with which to be involved.
Having founded and launched his company, Simon Balderson, Sirane Ltd, will chart the formation and growth of his company against the background and trends of the food and food packaging industry. He will aim to highlight the dynamism of the industry and the constant adaptability needed to survive in it.
