The IFST Lecture is always one of the highlights of our year. The Eastern branch reception was hosted at Quadram Institute, Norwich with the keynote speaker Professor Michael Gibney live streamed from London.
We were delighted to also have our guest speaker Dr Jennifer Ahn-Jarvis, Research Scientist at Quadram Institute who shared more about Food design in clinical trials, a very interesting talk. The evening then closed with Networking over refreshments.
